Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Brupper, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfying experience. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to guide you through the process:

Order Cancellation:

1.Before Order Preparation:

If you need to cancel your order before it has been prepared by Us, you can do so by contacting our customer support team.

Orders can be canceled without any cancellation fee if canceled within 5 minutes of order placement.

Cancellations made after 5 minutes of order placement may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee amount will depend on the order value and the restaurant’s policies

However, it can only be entertained if it is informed to us 1 day before the delivery day or before preparations have begun for the same.

Refund Policy:

1. Full Refund:

If your order is cancelled within the specified time frame and meets the criteria for a full refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

However, no refund is applicable once subscription has started. Full refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
